- create Emsculpt NEO (demo content)
(their developer is redoing the weight loss page with our input)

All I see is that we are setting up their ads account and managing it monthly.

I believe you are correct. I asked Chris about it yesterday but he did not respond. We were trying to fix the Dr. Fiorillo Google ads issue.

Their main site is just awful and I cannot see us running ads to it.

I just spoke to Chris. 
It appears that we are NOT going to build them a micro site. We are supposed to work with their developer and help them build a page. 
We are going to help their guy fix their site or help them fix the new site. 
Just build them the Emsculpt NEO page for now..
