Hi team, I got this email from our client. They got two leads from out of state. Can we check into why this may be happening?


Hi Vania,
 I noticed we got a bunch of leads over the weekend and two of them are not in our area. One is all the way in Flordia! Both were asking what the closest location to them was as if they were under the impression we are a franchise. Any ideas? Does that just happen sometimes? Seems weird! Thanks. :)

This is likely due to SEO and well ranking on Google search. 
I am checking their Google ads campaigns and Shane has them set to target specific areas within 37 miles of the Grid. 
Shane can elaborate further on the specifics of the areas targeted.

As I mentioned yesterday, I am not seeing anyone outside of their grid being targeted. Shane will need to confirm.
All of that is just great SEO work on our part. They are ranking well outside of their market.
Shane Quast, Medstar Shane can you please concur so Vania can let client know this is not costing them any money?
