Shane and I noticed an issue with the LP for this client.
When you fill out the pop up or side form, we are sent to a confirmation page that is coming back as 404.

Can you please check on this and fix it when you get a chance?
Also, when I filled out the pop up, I did not see my lead come into the leadsheet.
