Alyssa just an FYI, I tasked to Charma on Friday this has not been udpated yet.

Nicol Charmae is very busy with pop-ups at the moment which I asked her to take priority over. She is not responsible for urgent website edits. Nolie or Jonnamae will be more readily available for urgent requests. I'll take care of this myself since you mentioned it needs to be done asap. 

If a request comes over the weekend like this please send a direct @mentioned in Slack or as a Ping to the developer.  Many of our supporting staff members do not work on the weekend. They are 10+ hr ahead of us. 

This task was not titled as urgent either. Please always send escalated requests in Slack with a link to the task. I can handle stuff like this if needed but please again, for urgent tasks be sure to send a message to the person you are requesting the urgency from. 

All escalated (asap/urgent) requests should come through the escalations channel. Fortunately, I happen to be caught up on Basecamp right now that I saw this right away.

Thank you Alyssa  it wasn't urgent when originally tasked. It is urgent now.  Thank you for taking care of this and the intel. I haven't had that issue with weekend jobs before but it makes sense if Charmae is now very busy w/ pop-ups. I also didn't know she had a bigger responsibility there.

Nicol no problem, sometimes people do surprise us and work on the weekend, but we can't expect it. We need to expect business hours M-F. Charmae's main responsibilities are with Pop-ups and SEO work (posting blogs, making monthly content updates, indexing). We are trying to have clearer task ownership for all team members.

Nolie will always be the go-to for urgent requests, and Jonnamae too. Especially if you send them a direct message, they will be on top of it asap.
