Shane - question on how we can adjust in the future. We see black bars on the Facebook version on desktop. Did we send the right dimensions can you please confirm dimensions and again and what might be going on.  This video should be 1080x1080 so I thought it would fit perfectly. Thanks

Generally 1:1 versions will render fine. It looks fine in the preview but I see what you're seeing in FB live. You can deliver a 16:9 version as well, but I'd never really choose that over a 1:1
