Please check out the treatments page and the CoolSculpting page. There are mistakes. Please make some notes for Isaac to Adjust them.
The following is what I will ask Isaac to adjust for the CS page.

1. In the disclaimer on the gravity forms please add that they are agreeing to be contacted by "phone/text/email"
2. Change the text in the gravity forms to say "GET UP TO 20% OFF* COOLSCULPTING"
3. Change the buttons on the gravity forms to say "GET COUPON"
4. Make the button text and button bigger on the form so it sticks out more.
5. Remove the message box on the form, keep the name, phone, and email.
