This client's Google ads account - Hawaii Aesthetics 791-476-8478 needs to be verified. 
It needs to be started before May 4th. I will send out an email to the client with instructions and files.

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Hawaii Aesthetics 791-476-8478.  The verification process needs to be started by May 4th, or else your ads will have been paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account =  Hawaii Aesthetics 791-476-8478   

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

 A document for the organization 
  •  certificate of incorporation 
  •  certificate of continuance, existence, or compliance 
  •  certificate of good standing/status 
 An ID to verify it’s really you 
  •  Driver's license 
  •  National identity card 
  •  Passport 
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account botoxcalendar@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. You can also follow this link. 

You can start it yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

Received phone call from Dr. Yew who was a bit skeptical about the documents part of this. However, once he spoke to me on the phone and I explained that it was legitimate, we set up a Zoom meeting at 9:00 AM Hawaii time, 3:00 pm EST today to try and get his account on Google ads verified.
