While doing my routine hourly check of websites and their status, I noticed that our monitoring tools picked up an issue with your domain and site https://www.hawaiibotox.com/

The site is presently down due to a Invalid SSL Certificate issue. 

I tried to go into your DreamHost hosting account to see if I could find out the issue and fix this for you. However, I am not able to login into the account because it says that the password we have on file has expired. 

I am also seeing that the certificate is hosted on cloudflare.com. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any login information on your spreadsheet regarding this site. 

Sent the Doc an email and text, then called him. I got Dreamhost new password and logged in. 
I am working on it now.

Spent some time with Dreamhost and found out that the account there has been closed. Checked with GOdaddy and saw that the client did not have any products or services. I finally hooked up with WP engine and saw that was the active account for this client. I then went on to open up a case. They worked on it and it has now been fixed. 

I have updated the client's spreadsheet to reflect the correct and current information.
