We need add these pages then add the 301 with the php so it goes to new pages.

Here is what the client's SEO person wrote.

Hey Chris!

So i'm going through the site with a fine tooth comb and i see a lot of pages are missing, we had individual pages for example 

https://www.healthfirstweightcontrol.com/juvederm-redlands.php and it forwards to the dermal fillers page, so that needs to have its own page, those are pages created specifically for keywords and those pages had page 1 rankings in google and will play a part in rankings going down. I went to the way back machine and started moving content but I think it's something you guys should handle. You can make the page look however you want to be consistent with the site but the content needs to be pulled over, also i need to make sure the h1, h2 tags need to be there as well. All important elements to his organic seo.

We dont need them in the main nav or anything but hidden on like a site map is fine and then the 301 redirects to those pages would be awesome.
