I have created two different campaigns for them in their Highlevel account one for each location.

I have added a condition in the Zapier API so it will automatically go to the correct campaign based on what the user will select in the location dropdown in the form.

If the user will choose "Any location" it will go to the "Hesperia" campaign.

I have also assigned separate users for each campaign and assigned separate Twilio numbers to each of these users.

That campaign dropdown is just for the filtered view. In other words. When you select a specific campaign in the opportunities tab. It gets switched to filtered view mode.
