Chris - I just checked and it's because the forms were not connected to the zapier webhook. I have now connected them.

Can you please make sure when you create new forms you also add the webhook to them? You can copy the webhook from any other existing forms. Thank you for all your help.

Alyssa - I would recommend sending a gentle reminder for this to all the developers that helps us creating new forms regarding the webhook. In the case where they are duplicating a existing form or creating a new form. They also need to copy and cross check the webhook is added in there with correct label.

Also I believe we have hired an auditor that helps us checking the forms and popups on the client websites. I would recommend tagging them to check all the forms and popups as soon as they are published.

Can we please ask all the devs that we ask us to help with the new GFs to check for this in all the websites they recently helped us and add the webhook? Do you know other than J and Nolie who do we assign to setup new Gravity forms? Once they confirm. Please ask them to share the list of all the websites. Thank you.

Noted, Isaac , I think I duplicated the form with no webhook setup. Upon checking the forms on the backend most of them have no webhook setup. Thank you!

Isaac noted on this. I will find out on recent websites and devise a plan for auditing this. Many developers copy the GFs because that was your suggested instruction and how the developer checklist outlines. However, it is not specifically outlined to check if the webhook has been added in there. I will send out a reminder and ask developers who set up gravity forms. I will also ensure auditors know to check for this too. 

We do test forms and pop-ups but it looks like this one got missed, unfortunately. I will follow up once I confirm receipt from the developers and their list of websites.

Hi Isaac only these forms have webhooks the rest have no webhook setup out of 77 forms.
