This client spends about $500 a day on Google ads. I log in daily to make payments directly since they have an issue with payments. However, I am not seeing much activity the past few days. In fact, zero activity on May 4, 5 and 6. They even have a $.00.3 cents credit..
Can you please check to see what is going on? I am not able to see anything on my end.

They have $0 credit in the account. Ads cannot run as the payment method cannot be auto charged and they have no positive balance from manual payments.

I make manual payments for them every day. They have a $00.1 credit so they do not owe. The ads do not say they are not running do to a payment method required. Only that a new payment method is needed. In any event, I will try to get a new form of payment from the client now.

I know about the new payment. But that always comes up with tons of clients. I have already sent them a message about contacting their bank to see why autopayments are declined. I have no problem making direct payments. I made a $500 earlier and now the account is spending again.
