However, a follow-up text was never sent. We recommend sending a follow-up text the day after the lead is received, as well as the following day if you still have not heard back from the potential client.


  • The team at Health First Medical Weight Loss sent out an e-mail to the potential client two days after receiving the lead. We recommend sending a welcoming e-mail immediately, or within 24 hours of receiving the lead. Welcoming e-mails aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client. Two follow-up e-mails were sent, but they appeared to be duplicates of the first e-mail that was sent. No personal e-mails were sent.
