Hey Shane,

This client is actually pretty sharp at marketing so as far as CoolSculpting maybe we shouldn't roll out those extended terms at first. She will not be messing with the campaigns but she knows how to keep an eye on them. I see the extended campaigns have found some great keywords but shell be critical at first so maybe we can roll it out later. 

These are also using CallTracking Metrics which is a pain but they have used it for years. I am going to work on installing the GTM. You may need to take a look at it as she has a lot of tags.

I don't think it's a good idea at all to exclude them. If you look at any of our accounts now somewhere between 75-95% of our leads are coming from those keywords. I've been watching the search terms regularly and they are decent.

Client sent me an email about Botox ads running. 
It appears we have $11 a unit offer which she says she never agreed to
or knew about. 
Also, the ads are showing September month and she says it is now October. 
Can you please update when you get a chance?

Shane, she is also saying that ads say they offer "Virtual Consultations"
which they DO NOT.
This needs to be updated as well.

I was actually able to figure out why the text never updated from September to October. The client paused their campaigns and the update only runs on active campaigns. So it was paused when the update ran and then the campaign was reactivated with no update

She is upset about the $11 unit on Botox so if you can, please change that.

No problem, I took care of it yesterday. Just please make a note that this is in the standard copy so when we get Botox campaigns in the future just make sure to call out what the promotion is if it's something different.
