Chris told me he wants the page to be like Concierge treatment pages (full-width background with heading, short description, and button on top). Those treatment pages don't have graphics, just regular background. He explained that in the video, but I can change that and put the graphic on the left and the form on right.

the reason we have to do cheesy awards and "5 star reviews" and 'top rated medical spa" etc, is so the ads convert better.
