Did you create that thank you page?
If so, why is there no space - between coolsculpting and thank you?
If not, then we have a problem because tags are not firing and we cannot run conversion tracking. 

Hector - no I did not create that thank you page but I guess Isaac already changed it to https://www.healthysolutionsdr.com/c/coolsculpting/

Thanks for clearing that up J.
But I am still not seeing the tags firing on the thank you page when I fill out the pop up.

Here are the pages and their respective new conversion pages. 
Can you all please update them accordingly?

Isaac, Good morning. 
As of yesterday, I did not see the thank you pages tags and UA events - and several others - firing on GTM. 
I will wait for Shane to update to see if he changes them and then it is fixed.
