Can you find out if the phone number on this client's site is hardcode?
I am not seeing it change even though I added the javascript code to the GTM and it is firing correctly.
Thanks.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - They are using <span> and not the standard href=tel: for it. That may the reason it's not getting swapped.

Okay, thanks for pointing that out.
Is there a way to fix it without causing any issues?

Isaac,
I am still not seeing the number change. I also performed a test from within Callrail and as you can see below, the swap target is not firing.
Do you think you may need to add the javasnippet directly?

<script type="text/javascript" src="//cdn.callrail.com/companies/192185427/de8117c7ca637a65a8e7/12/swap.js"></script>

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Hmm..I don't think adding the code directly in the source files will make any change here as it's already firing properly in the DOM element. Let me try with one another thing.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Thanks.
Could it be due to the Calltracking metrics?
They have that as well?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Can you please check again on your end now?

Isaac,
Good morning.
I am finally seeing the numbers changed. I also called and the leads are being tracked.
The only issue I am seeing is that I am seeing an error about the code snippet being added twice?

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar
Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Thank you for confirming.

FYI - Numbers were not getting swapped earlier as we had the different number added in SWAP TARGET IN Callrail.

Quick Note - The number we have set in forward calls to are not same as they have on their website and in Google.

For duplicate snippet issue. Seems like a cache issue. Please try removing the callrail code from their GTM and then run the test again. This time if it shows no snipped found. Add the code again and then re-run the test. It should show green now.

Even after taking above steps if it still shows duplicate snipper error. Let me know. thanks.

Thanks for the extra info on the numbers and Swap target. I miss that.
What you suggested worked perfectly.
I removed the GTM tag, then ran the test, added it again and now it is showing up without an error.
Thanks Isaac!
