Found a great way to get both accounts linked fast.
In order to link Google ads and Google analytics accounts together, do the following:
Be sure Support@medstarmedia.com has access to the Google analytics account belonging to that client.
Then, use Chris master account and add Support@Medstarmedia as a user.
Once you accept invite, log into Google ads account with Support, and log into GA account.
Link both together.
