We inputted a lead, commenced text interaction, & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting.

We didn’t receive any phone calls from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is by far the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential client. We also only received one text. We would love to help you set up automatic text messages. 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and knowledgeable. However, she seemed like she did not want to be on the phone. When asked about pricing, she did not answer in a recommended way. We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business! 

We know it takes a long time to train the Front Desk. However, it is vital to convert leads into sales. America is the land of instant gratification. If leads are not called & phone calls are not replied to correctly, potential patients will look into another spa.
