Looking at my notes and leadsheet, I see that tested the sidebar forms on Dec 14th. I remember having an issue with the SUBMIT button though.
When I fill out the sidebar form, I hit submit but I get no Confirmation page.
I made Jonnamae aware and she said it was fine on her end. Getting same error now.
