Jonnamae, last week I was testing the https://hollywoodbodylaser.net/coolsculpting-colorado/ site and their pop ups and static forms. Remember I told you I could not get the static form to submit for me?
I tried it again in a different computer and I am still getting that error. I fill out the form and it does not go anywhere. 
Can one of you please check to see what is going on?
HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON on the static page. 
If you are able to get it to go through, please post results, confirmation page, lead in sheet verification. 
If not, then please let me know so I can have Isaac take a look at it.

Yes, that is the problem Kristabel and thank you for responding so quickly.
When you hit SUBMIT but nothing happens. No confirmation page or anything. You don't even know it goes through. However, the leads then show up so there is an issue. Let me have Isaac check on this.
