Hey Jonnamae above is content . Can we set up a cooltone page on huntington. Please make sure on the form it says "Coming Soon"
as this service isn't available yet but we want to get it up on the site.
You can add it to menu under the coolsculpting tab call it "cooltone by coolsculpting"

On the gravity form let's erase the "coming soon" and put it at the bottom of the page after Cool tone near me paragraph "Fill out the form below to contact Huntington Dermatology online or call 304-523-5100 to schedule your complimentary consultation.". 
add
" Coming soon to Huntington Dermatology"

You can say "Schedule a Complimentary Cooltone Consultation"
on both gravity forms and a pop-up
