We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Exion.

You contacted us 2x by phone, 3x by text and sent a welcome email after we input the lead. We recommend contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call as this is the best way to convert a lead into a potential patient.

We attempted to place a recorded call on 9/26 but was unable to reach anyone. After leaving a voicemail we sent out a text message requesting to be contacted and a salesperson reached back out to us in a timely manner.

The salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. However when asked about pricing we recommend quoting the cost of the lowest price point and mentioning that an accurate price will be given during the consultation. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer leads questions about pricing. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!

Elizabeth it's not showing your inbound calls in the messages of the conversation. Which number did you call?

Elizabeth  don't delete your lead yet. Let's discuss this in the meeting tomorrow. It looks like the click to call button is missing from their landing pages which explains why you called their main phone number

Emily I just remembered they asked me to call that number
