Hi Brittany Alyssa - Any reason we are making the popups LIVE before cross checking the website with the Trello checklist? I am seeing many issues on the pages. The static forms still have my email on them.

Isaac I just assigned you the trello. I already corrected the form settings to the correct lead notification email: info@ignite-medspa.com

When I checked before assigning the auditing, the forms had the correct email. I think the auditor may have changed the email, not Mark. I will reach out to her to find out what happened.

 I will let Mark know also. He may need some extra directions in following the developer checklist, the most recent sites he has worked on have had many issues. I will reach out to him privately since it seems he has been missing things. Are you also available to support him if he has questions? Maybe I can start a 3-way chat on Slack. Let me know.

Isaac have you been able to make these live? I believe all issues were corrected. I will meet with Mark 1:1. I will also meet with the auditors. They just need a little extra support and guidance.

Nolie could you help correct the two edits in Isaac’s comment above this? A new developer worked on this site and I need to meet with them before too much more development. And we want to make these popups live.

Hi Alyssa the main page is empty on my end only the footer and header are visible. Could you please check if it is also empty on your end? https://go.ignite-medspa.com/. But the Botox thank you page is working fine. Just let me know and I will copy the botox thank you page content to the Botox landing page. Thank you!

Hi Nolie I am not sure what has been going on with this site, it seems like someone else worked on it since yesterday. The front/home page is meant to be Botox. Yes, please copy the content to the main page. There shouldn't be a 'home'. Thanks for your help!

Isaac  can you please check now that the pop-ups can go live? I'll have another for Charmae to add soon on the Exion page. The exion page will be added to the menu soon.

Elizabeth  will you please test these pop-ups? Exion doesn't have one yet, the page was newly added. I will have Charmae connect it when the graphic is ready and tag you again to test that one. Please proceed with testing Botox & Emsculpt NEO in the meantime. Please also test the gravity forms. Thank you!

Hi Alyssa Isaac -

When testing the Botox popup I noticed that when it populated on the lead sheet and in the app it has a tag of specials. However the gravity forms have a tag of Botox.

Isaac I haven't ever changed tags in GHL. Can you take care of this one? I see a botox tag and a specials tag but I am unsure how to update to link to the correct service. If you don't mind creating a video, I can help in the future. Thanks!

Charmae - Can you please update the service of interest from "specials" to "Botox" on the botox popup?

Charmae - Moving forward only when we have a general popup on the homepage we will add "specials" but if it's for a specific service regardless of where we are displaying it on the homepage or contact us page. The service of interest field will have the service name instead of specials. Please let me know if you have questions for me.

Isaac since you set up the 301s already, do we need to keep the 'go' pop-ups active still? I or CSM just need to let Shane know about the URL Change and that we already set up 301 redirects, correct?

Alyssa - No, we haven't set up the 301s yet. We need to ask the Shane about the thank you page URLs. He confirmed for the main page but still waiting to get a reply back from him regarding the thank you pages.

Isaac do you mind following up with Shane where you asked him? Or do you want me to?  

Alyssa - Can you please do me a favor and ask him regarding this on your end and then let me know? Also can we invite him to Slack?

Alyssa - Not yet. I had a meeting with Chris regarding this yesterday and he mentioned he will discuss with Shane in detail.

For now. Let's please ask Shane to confirm if he has updated all the URLs for this client in the Ads. Once he has confirmed. I will go ahead and make the update.

Isaac we got this cleared up. We will always now provide Shane the URLs and wait to redirect once he updates on his end, like we were doing before.
