This was based on an email you responded to Chris and Dr. Ceasar. .. you wrote

  • There is no way to do any optimizing or "tuning" on a PMAX campaign. It's a black box. Most of the poor leads and Spanish speakers he is getting are coming from that campaign. I know this conclusively. I do not believe it feeds into Facebook Ads at all. 
  • I do not understand what he means by saying he deleted his Facebook page. He clearly still has one: https://www.facebook.com/ileahairrestoration
  • Facebook ads push to both Facebook and Instagram. You can select Instagram only if preferred. 
  • I suggest shutting down the PMAX campaign
