I called the Doctor and let him know about this. We added a new Banking account as a payment method. It needs to be verified in the next few hours. I also added another CC and made a direct $500.00 payment to avoid the ads from being shut off.. They went through.. we are set. 
I will remove that CC once the Checking account has been verified.
