Hi
, Dr. Cesar is having issues with his ads not performing well. We thought it would be best to target his campaigns to the people that are most likely to be his customers. His average patient is 44 years old. Should we exclude 18-24 and 65 and above to be more effective with his budget? What are your thoughts on excluding the unknowns?
Shane
The 18-24 age bracket has spent less than 3% of the total account in the last 30-days. It has brought in leads for as cheap as $8. We can exclude it, but it will not affect account performance.
We cannot exclude the "unknown" bracket as most of the users in Google have an unknown age. This will be catastrophic to account performance.
