Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae , I accidentally skipped a number making the form. We are not going to use post-op day 5, so just number them according to how many videos are on the sheet. Let me get with Ivonne later today about the Hero Image. I am thinking it needs to be a photo of Dr. Cesar, but I want to find a really nice one with high-resolution if we go that route.
