Hi Nolie Nolie Can you please update the hero image button and the first gravity form on this page?

The button on the hero image should say: Get $1000 OFF

The gravity form should be updated to GET $1000 OFF

Leave the gravity form at the bottom as is that says Schedule a Consultation.

Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany  did the doctor request the bottom form not to have the offer? We usually want the offer on both. I updated it when I switched out the pop-up because I didn't see this. Let me know if I need to correct it.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac , I keep getting a 403 server error when I try to update the bottom gravity form. Can you take a look when you can? I want to change just that one back to 'Schedule a Consultation'. I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for your help
