On July 15, I noticed the lack of calls coming into this client on CallRail. I notified Chris about it via text. To verify that leads were being properly recorded, I called one of their tracking numbers. Call showed up on CallRail immediately. 
I still went ahead and filled out a form online yesterday on their site here

Yes they are in AZ because yesterday I looked them up to see what time to expect a call from them. I will call them later on and let you know what takes place. Once done, I will prepare the report for you to share with client.

I just tried calling them. Phone rang several times, no one picked up. I left my info for a call back. I will try calling them again in about 30 minutes.

The following is the result of the 2nd secret shopper call to Imagine Body:


Phone rang and I spoke to Nancy whom I told I had filled out a form online 2 days earlier. She said she called me back and left me a voicemail message. She also said she apologized if I did not get it. 
I told her I had a few questions about Coolsculpting. 

1. Does Coolsculpting really work? - Nancy said that she has amazing before and after photos and it does work. 

2. How much does it cost? She would not give me a price until I asked for a ball park figure. She mentioned a special of per cycle assessment - $600 a cycle.

3. How long does it last? She said 25% of my fat cells would be gone forever. 

4. Am I going to experience any downtime? She said no except for some minor pain as if I had done crunches.

5. Will my insurance cover it? She said no since it is cosmetic. But they have the care care with 2 years of no financing. 

6. How long does each treatment last? She said it depends and will not know which cycle she is using. Each cycle is around 35 to 45 minutes a cycle depending on which one she uses.

7. How soon can I schedule an appointment? Nancy said she had several openings for next week.

I told her that I would have to check out my schedule to let her know about my next appointment.

Notes on Call - Although the phone rang the first call and went to VM, Nancy picked up the second time. She explained each question I had with the exception of pricing. It wasn't until I pushed for a ballpark figure that she finally gave me a quote of $600 per cycle.

On the bad side, the spa does not send out emails to potential leads. They also did not call me back after the first time they left me the message 2 days ago.

Well the odd thing is the reason I began this was because they were not getting any calls at all. At least not through Callrail. 
I filled out form on  7/15/19 at 5:42 PM EDT and she called me back the next day on 7/16/19 - 3:57 PM

Yes, and also that they are not sending out any emails or text messages to leads either. 
BTW, I am almost done with the Grace Medical Aesthetics CR audit. Will post results shortly and send them to you. Before I do, please look at the message board. I posted an issue they may be having with their site and pop-box leads. I got no confirm page when filled out. Also, no calls, text at all from 2 leads I sent them yesterday.

can you make sure Imagine Body's confirmation/welcome email is going out properly to the email address that filled out the form? I think it is going back to hi@medstarpatients.com and not the email address of the potential client.

It was so easy to find this..and i got the audit done pretty fast.

Moving forward let's do each audit in basecamp as a "to-do"
