Following the completion of client {Inspire Medical Spa - www.inspiremedicalspas.com} and their website (https://inspiremedicalspas.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Saw that none of the pop ups were showing up on the following pages we are running ads to - notified team to look into it.

Good morning. 
I am seeing a few issues with the LPs for this client. 
One, the LEAD SERVICE TYPE is not showing up when you fill out the side form. 
Two, the bottom form on the Botox LP needs to be updated. The text is not visible when you fill it out. It appears the text is White or blank.
