Vania this account is suspended. But it is due to payment method issues. It's been more than a month or about and they (Google ads) has not responded. I will take note of this and keep my eyes on the account.

Seems Google ads is not content on suspending accounts for suspicious payments alone. Now they are also doing the policy violations. 
These are trying times for us.
