Ok, so this has turned into a bit of a mess. 

The clients IG account is not linked to their FB account, so I cannot launch an IG dm campaign. I tried to do Facebook only just to get something live but the client has messages disabled from their FB page so I cannot launch

Also, this Facebook Ads account is now restricted to spending $50 / day due to the SemaG ads. 

We will bring this up during the ads meeting today. Thank you Shane.

Still cannot launch this because they have not linked an IG page to their account.
