Hey whitney.zelig@gmail.com Hector  This client did really well with their secret shop! They e-mailed, called, and texted the same day. They sent a follow up e-mail two days after I sent the lead. They sent a follow-up text message two days after I sent the lead (on a Friday), and sent another follow-up text message the following Monday. They also made a follow-up phone call two days after I sent the lead (on a Friday), and made another follow-up phone call the following Monday, leaving friendly voicemails all three times. Do I still need to write a report for this?
