The link you see is a drafted version of the page, it is only visible without 404 if you are logged in to the site. Anyone else not logged in to the site will see 404.  I will ask Gerlie to 301 redirect.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol I took care of the menu edit. I misunderstood your note that you left in the task for Isaac and Hector about the 404s. 

Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie high priority, please make sure the QWO page has been 301 redirected to the homepage, then it can be archived totally. I took care of removing it from the menu. Thank you!
