Chris says we need to figure out what's going on with their Botox ads. There were zero spend, and the budgets that we have on record - 
Botox - $1,000.00
Semaglutide - $1,500.00

are more than what Chris saw in December. For example, the November budgets were higher now and in December they were low. So far in January, they have only spent $100.00 on Meta. 
We need to figure this out immediately.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector I know you asked JayJay but Ivonne slacked me about this so responding- Nicol was the CSM, she requested that they be paused. When the request comes through we assume the CSM communicated with the client. Details as to why aren’t often provided. 

“Please pause the Meta ad campaigns currently running for Semaglutide and Botox” was the only details given in the task Nicol requested. 

Would have to try and look at Nicol’s email and GHL to see if anything is mentioned in there for the “why” unless it was spoken on the phone directly with the client. Ivonne and Chris are going to look at email and GHL.

Shane, there's no question as to Nicol or whomever set up this task, that these ads should have been paused. The only question is WHY.

I am seeing that they have Botox and SG on Facebook. 
And a $3,575 Consolidated campaign on Google. 
The former is what I need to verify.. or Facebook.
