Nicol any time we want to comp a page, let me know because we won't comp it, we'll add it as part of their SEO alotted content for the month. 

Also, when you assign the page to Kamie and tag me that should be sufficient. you don't need to make another task in web dev. because what happens is that Kamie delivers the content in the other task, assigns Brittany to edit it and to assign it to a developer. Any notes you have for me can be included in the content task you assign both kamie and me.

Can you confirm I'm understanding the following part? From what I understand:

Order: New page + unique content
Process: CSM tasks SEO content to Kamie and Ivonne > once done Kamie notifies Brittany to edit w/in the same tasks >  Developer is assigned within the same task. 

Should I start labeling the task something like, "New __treatement___ page + unique content" from now on, so as to make it clear that a page is coming too?

-I don't have a list of clients that get grandfathered pricing, and clients whose pricing is already increased.  I went off of Whitney's suggestion that KP is at $500. Is there a list for me (and Emily) somewhere?

-Thank you for the clarification on the process! Very clear now! Since you asked about ideas for making it "easier" I do have one thought - can web dev start before unique content is fully done? IE, if unique content takes between 4-7 calendar days and web dev takes between 7-14 calendar days but doesn't need the unique content until 20% into the web dev process (example) then web deb can be tasked out on day 4-5 of unique content instead of days 4-7. That 2 days of lead time for web dev should be enough to let unique content finish.  You may already be doing this, or you may already know it will not cause more efficiency. What I'm thinking of is called "forward pass" (which you may already know about or in different terms). I'm happy to geek out about this with you anytime!

Nicol thank you! Yes, we do start web dev before unique content is written. I always try to push projects along as quickly as possible. The only thing that stops me from starting projects is hosting and domain access. But, I would like to geek out on this since we're always looking for ways to turn around projects faster. I'll schedule a time with you when things calm down. 

For "grandfathered clients," I don't have a list but any new clients that you've been a part of onboarding would not be grandfathered ones. KP Aesthetics has been with us for more than a year so they would be grandfathered in.
