Policy Update:Your scheduled appointments and overall treatments are very important to us, and because a lot of our services and results are timing dependant we need to keep our scheduling as transparent and open as possible.While we understand that unexpected delays can occur, and scheduling adjustments must be made we have seen an overwhelming increase in late cancelation and no show appointments.We will now require a $100 non refundable booking fee. This will be collected via invoice when you schedule your appointment and be applied to your appointment total. If you end up not wanting to have your service provided at the time of your appointment, the $100 can be used to purchase products in office. This applies to new and existing clients.We are also raising the cost of our cancellation policy fee to $50 which is applicable for ALL no show appointments as well as clients who fail to cancel within 48 hours of their appointments.Once again, we hope that you understand that this is meant to keep as many open appointment times as possible. Allowing you to schedule with as much ease as possible.As always consultations for all services are complimentary.If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call in and speak with a receptionist.(484) 420-4094
