1. Focus on the offer "Get up to 50% OFF*"
2. Change the "Submit" to "GET COUPON"

Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae please also change the button on the gravity forms to say "GET COUPON" in a larger font and change the button to be the same color blue as in the pop-up.

Then, remove the message box on the gravity forms, but keep the name, number, and email.
