This client and I can not seem to log in to her fb page. We have tried from her computer, mine, my other desktop. We keep getting this error message. I even cleared my cookies and restarted my computer and made sure my settings were set to accept cookies. I've tried from three different browsers as well. No luck. Do either of you have suggestions how I can troubleshoot this? I have her login information.

Good morning.. How are you? So sorry to hear you had to go through all of that. I am not seeing any Facebook info on their sheet. Can you please share the login info with Isaac and I so that we can check on our end? It is impossible for us to say if the problem is on your end or the account itself unless we try.

I was able to log in as them but only on my phone, which is strange because I can log into other accounts on my laptop. I just need to see who the owner of their page is lol because I'm pretty sure the issue is that there are two. On the mobile version I can't see the full access I need.
Well that didn't go very well. The same thing happened to me. Worse yet, I tried to login from the browser I have my FB business and now I am locked out. FB has that stupid text authentication and I am not receiving a text from them.. I think I lost the number I used on FB!!!

and that's exactly what happened to me!!! SO weird. Has never happened before with any account. Not even sure what to tell the client at this point.

I think I'm actually getting the text authentication for that which is weird. try sending it again?

We have a $1,000 Facebook budget for this client on Facebook But I am still not seeing any account for them. Were they able to ever figure out the issues they were having?
