How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - La Bella Laser & Slimming 454-778-1240. The verification process needs to be started by January 28th, 2024. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. Best of all, I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization itself. In order to do so though, we will need the following information.

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 
  • Driver's License - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color  ** See sample below**
  • State ID - Front & Back - High Resolution & in Color 
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
Google uses this information for verification, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We may ask you for additional info, if necessary. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so I can help you take care of it.

Thank you for sending over the documents we needed to take care of this issue. I went ahead and made the proper edits 
to the account to match that of the documents. I submitted them to Google ads for review. They should let us know in the 
next few days. Once they respond, I will let you know.
