Email 2 has different links on the Book Online buttons than Email 3. Email 3 goes to the coolsculpting page which will just send them another email automation. Email 2 goes to an eclinicalweb patient portal page. Both seem like the wrong links?

@Whitney Same thing with Email #2 redirecting to a service page with the Book Online button. Email #3 opens up an email pop-up. I noticed they redid a version of email 3 with Virtual Consultations so Ii incorporated it into the updated email 3. Do you want that mentioned in all of the series?

We could also use more before & afters for cooltone email #2 or #3 since it's the same set in every email...but I didn't see any that we're LSINJ specific. Want me to use some stock ones or leave as is?

Jonnamae let's use different before and afters for the COOLTONE email 2 and 3 if possible?

Just checked in the account and the emails that you have created are of REGULAR type. They can't be used for automated series.
