No problem, just tell me what you would like to know. 
But if you take a look at my inbox or support's and type in GMB you will see a lot of activity lately. You have no idea what I been dealing with the past few days with client's GMB's. 
Some communications have been ongoing for days trying to work out kinks and issues with duplicate GMB accounts and other things.

Actually, you can have some of the new team members take care of the general stuff such as posting, responding to customer's reviews and so on. I mainly take care of the acquisition, integration, users and so on.
