It appears that the first images for CS are of the AFTER since the women seem to be fatter in the second images. 
Can you confirm?

Yes, I kind of figured that. 

I went ahead and cropped the Restylane images. 
I also added Long tail keywords and renamed the images for SEO purposes. 
Posted on the client's GMB page.
