I am not seeing their GMB page under our account or the spreadsheet so it appears as if we do not have access it to it.

Can you please make sure that when client provides us access, that he adds us as Manager, not site manager?

gah I remember their guy giving us access but we just kept missing that email and it expired

I see the email where you did request for Alex to add Support as ADMIN of their GMB. He also responded that he added us. However, I am NOT seeing any updates emails which reflect that. 
I have checked support email up and down with the phrases LSINJ, Google my business, manage, invited. 
None of them have showed an invitation from this client Whit.
