Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at Laser + Skin Institute could use some adjustments. While they did call the lead within an hour and 17 minutes later, they left no voice mail. They also sent a text message an hour and 29 minutes later. And there was a welcome email. However, two days later, there have been no follow up calls,  text messages or follow up emails done with the lead.
