Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac please make their app live once you have connected everything on your end. they have been trained. 

Also, they aren't able to login to the app. They shared their screen with me and it was saying error. they were manually typing everything. Not sure if its because they didn't have logins at all until I added them into the system but the settings looked fine on my end.
