Nolie you can use most of what is already there because we never used this website, just accommodate it to the new client. But many things can stay the same. The gravity forms can stay the same and colors. 

I'll provide new photos for the service section of the homepage that are gif like for morpheus 8 and hydrafacial, but keep the one that is there for emsculpt neo. Keep the emsculpt neo content and treatment page as is.

Nolie  where did you get the hero image's for the internal pages? They seem a little blurry so I want to check the source they are coming from. Thanks for your reply when you can!

Hi Alyssa  most of them are from the current template only the hydrafacial and morpheus8 are from adobe stock.

Nolie for Hydrafacial & Morpheus 8 gravity forms can you switch the order of the "new client special" to be at the top and logo to be at the bottom?

Also for morpheus 8 page, please change the two badges on the left to the ones below (these should have transparent background)

Hi team, I am seeing this client wasn't finished with onboarding until two days ago. I am starting the audit but please note that I have updated the task notes to include what the Final URL will be and the Hosting. Brittany Ivonne

Many of the images are blurry throughout the website because of lower resolution and preparing images is the first step before starting any page. Using this spreadsheet simultaneously when developing will help prevent any double work. Please wait until Isaac verifies transferring the website to the final URL because I have other edits I will assign to you in addition and I don't want any work to get lost in the transfer. I will tag you again when ready. 

Brittany Ivonne can you help to start double-checking that this new checklist is completed before assigning an audit, I will also do the same to verify.

Nolie since we are waiting for DNS access, please go ahead and check this website through the checklist provided and let me know when you are completed. I couldn't find the images on this site in the task Ivonne provided: TEMPLATE01 IMAGES - Medstar Creative Team can you let me know the source they came from so I can check them? Or did I overlook them? 

These are the primary images that are appearing as blurry on desktop view in addition to all the photos of the staff on the About Us, please check the resolution of these images. Standard User Screen resolution to keep images sized to= Desktop (Max 1920*1080) - Mobile (Max Width 480px).

just wanted to loop everyone in that we are working to resolve a small snafu before moving site to their new wpengine hosting.

The team thought their WP Engine hosting was owned by another marketing account, so we purchased a new one that she could have access to. 

But then she replied that she does have access to the original WP Engine account, so now we are waiting for her to give US access to it. then we will call WP Engine and have them just add a new site to the first account instead of setting up another one. 

Ugh. 
I'll keep you updated.

Hi Alyssa  I think there's something that causes the images blurry because they aren't blurry before.  I'm not sure if the Imagify plugin is the culprit.

Nolie why did you use the Imagify plugin on this site but not on the others? Was it already included in this template? Just curious so I can understand. I think you might be right. 

Isaac can you look into the images? Is it because of the Imagify plugin that is reducing the resolution? Is this one that you recommend having installed or it was an additional one? 

Alyssa - I set up this plugin while working on speed optimization when a slow page speed is reported by Hector but since now we have decided to not manually compress the images and convert them in jpeg. Moving forward. I will set up this plugin while creating staged server.

Can you please let me know on what screen resolution you are checking? They looks good on my 1920px screen. Currently we are using the default settings in this plugin that compresses the images keeping the optimal quality. We can enable the lossless compression but I worry it will increase the page load time. So I think it's like choosing b/w a faster page with OK quality images vs OK load speed page with sharp images.

Isaac , got it, it is my resolution that is too high. I will adjust it since it was at the and keep this in mind going forward. Definitely want the page load speed to be the priority. Glad to have solved the mystery of why they are looking different on my end. Thanks!

Nolie No worries about the images now, my computer had too high of a screen resolution set.  Were you able to complete the website checklist? Please proceed if not and let me know when done and I'll start the audit. 

Ivonne Alyssa any idea when we will have an LP ready for Shane? He says we do not need to run a smart campaign for this client. I don't even know what the URL is going to be since it says TBD... 

Hector they haven't secured us with DNS access to the URL yet. I am finalizing the audit but we don't have anywhere to put the testing server yet.

The final URL will be https://go.marlowemd.com/. The lead notifications are still TBD. 

Isaac  so we are having the imagify plugin now? Is this recommended? I wasn't aware of this. I thought we were proceeding with manually resizing images?

Good morning Aly, thank you for letting me know. With this https://go.marlowemd.com/ I can move fwd with other tasks in the meantime until everything is ready. 

Ivonne - Yes. This plugin converts the images to the webp format and also compresses them which is the recommended for the fast load speed.

But we would still need to resize them to the ideal size manually on our end before uploading because in compression the image resolution remains the same.
