- I got in touch with client's hosting support regarding the above.

This is what they have replied -

Thank you! I've checked the logs for the past day and a half, and I'm not seeing any restarts or issues that would have caused downtime. It may have been an issue with them communicating with the server, but not due to downtime.

Thank you for looking into this.
I am going to wait until I see something being reported again so I can enter the site myself and then take screenshots. This way, we can see what's what.
I am not 100% sure I trust their support findings though because each time Uptimerobot reports something, I enter the site. It is always down when they say it is.
In any case, thanks and let's wait.
