Can  you set up a constant contact account. Just use the trial account I will add payment info later. Set up three lists Web All, EmSculpt and CoolSculpting. Set up the gravity forms so when someone fills out the forms CoolSculpting goes into the CoolSculpting list and the EmSculpt in the EmSculpt list. I am not sure what I want to do with the all yet. - You can use the clients name and phone as contact info. use the email below. Use the office address on website
